May we please offer our great thanks to all the staff at CostaKinderCare for their efforts and kindness shown to Jude throughout his time with you. We consider the staff and their teaching methods to be second to none and have been very happy with Jude’s progress. I must say he has thoroughly enjoyed himself and has learnt so much whilst at the nursery. The superb extra activities Jude has been lucky enough to be apart of have certainly aided Jude’s development and enriched his general experience. Activities such as days out to visit Santa, the Sea Life Centre, Christmas concerts, BBQ’s, sports days, hockey practices and numerous fancy dress days and birthday parties. Not forgetting the day to day fun in the class rooms, in particular the trip to the moon! He is also very proud to be an expert in sharks and reminds us at every opportunity after receiving his certificate from the Sea Life Centre proving so!

Also, thanks to all the children in Jude’s class. He has made some wonderful friends and I know he will miss them all. Please feel free to keep in touch as I am certain Jude would love to get together over the summer to play.

It has been a very difficult decision to change Jude’s schooling; we only wish he could stay until 18!

Jude starts Spanish school in September. Friday 29th June will be Jude’s last day at CostaKindercare. However Ruby will still be attending and looking forward to her fun filled days as usual.

THANKS AGAIN TO ALL FROM CHRIS SHARON JUDE & RUBY.

Our son has been at CostaKinderCare for nearly two years now, and I have nothing but praise for the Nursery and its staff. Initially, he took a long time to settle in, with it being his first experience of parental separation, but at no point at all during these difficult weeks did the staff at Kinder Care loose faith! They were immensely patient, supportive and kind both to us and our son, and this care and support has continued throughout. His individual needs, strengths and weaknesses have all been nurtured and built upon in a structured, friendly and organized manner.

The building itself is a great environment for young children with purpose built classrooms, toilets and huge outdoor play area. It is spacious, bright, well equipped and a safe environment for children to enjoy. Unlike many nurseries here on the coast, it has a huge outside play area, which is vital for young children, both for development of their motor skills but also crucially important for their play and socialization. Our son always gets greeted by the same smiling face in the morning and this continuity in staffing has been a great comfort and reassurance to him throughout his time, as it is to most young children. The staff have always been professional, well organized and very caring towards the children in their care. He has had the opportunity to experience a huge variety of different activities and learning situations, several of which have relied upon teaching staff going above and beyond the call of duty, such as a bringing in kittens for the children to see and hold.

All of these reasons put together, plus many others, have resulted in an immensely positive experience and start to our sons life in education, which is vitally important.

Thanks to CostaKinderCare and its wonderful staff, our son has received a great foundation on which to build the rest of his schooling. We would quite happily leave our son there until he was 18, but as we have been told that this is simply not possible we are forced to move on! We can only hope the rest of his schooling experiences are as fulfilling and positive as that offered by CostaKinderCare.

Our girl is now 4.5 years, and has attended CostaKinderCare for 8 months and what a fantastic 8 months that has been! She has developed so much during this time mainly due to what she has experienced at this school.

Tilda is a very very shy girl who doesn’t want to talk to other people more than her closest family. That’s why we were a little bit unsure of how it would be for her to be away from us at school. But because we could do it in our own time and Tilda could explore the premises at her own pace and the teachers let her be without pushing her, she settled in very smoothly. We were actually amazed! Since we are Swedish and Tilda had to meet two new languages at school we thought maybe she would find it a bit difficult but we didn’t need to worry. After a few months she started to talk to the other kids and also the teachers. Now after 8 months she understands and talks English and has a good understanding of Spanish too.

We can really notice the progress she has made over this time. She has improved her writing skills very much and improved her alphabet and counting skills a lot. She has also matured from a very shy and unsure little girl to a much more secure and confident little lady. We are very happy with the school and so is Tilda. She likes it very much there.

As nervous parents leaving our child for the first time in the care of a new school we have to say we were more than apprehensive. However, CostaKinderCare have by far exceeded our expectations by providing a warm, safe and friendly atmosphere where our child actually looks forward to going every day!

With the high staff to child ratio we can be sure our little one is receiving the utmost care and knowledge and with the fantastic bilingual programme and its attentive, patient staff our child has already grasped a good understanding of Spanish whilst also following the British National Curriculum, within a fun and friendly atmosphere.

We are extremely pleased with our choice of school and judging by the smile on our child’s face as he goes off to school everyday we are positive that we made the right one!

I would like to inform you that Ashton will be leaving at the end of August. Due to the fact that you are closed for the last two weeks his last day will be Friday 17th August. I can't tell you how sad I am to write this email as I know how much Ashton loves his class, and I feel that the love and support that he and I have received from the staff is going to be an impossible act to follow.

Many thanks and best wishes,

LARA DEMKES
